My jewellery is tarnished - is it ruined?
Not at all! Costume jewellery often tarnishes due to moisture levels in the air. All you need to do is shine them up with a cleaning cloth (or soft cloth), which are available from any jewellery store.
How can I take care of my jewellery?- Avoid getting hand creams, moisturisers, perfume or alcohol on your jewellery as this will strip if of the silver coating - there is no fixing that damage.
- Store your jewellery in a cool place and have them well kept in jewellery pouches.
- Try not to expose your jewellery to excessive amounts on water, particularly the more delicate and detailed pieces.
How can I take care of my leather goods?
- Keep your products in dust bags or somewhere that they will not be covered with dirt and dust over time. Do not keep them plastic bags as this does not allow the leather to breathe.
- Protect them with leather / stain protectors, which are available at most supermarkets or boot makers.
- Avoid getting the protectors on the metal areas of the product or do not use of metallic leather.
You have run out of a product that I really want. What can I do?
Don't stress! Email me and I will see what we can do to order the product in. This may mean incurring additional costs, but no harm in asking.
